We all watch our beloved cinema stars and wish if we could have similar skin like theirs. Many of us think the secret is the make up and the skin care they get before they appear to us. But not always the secret lies in these factors, there are much more important things to do for a bright and soft face. It is always important to maintain good nutrition and anti wrinkling exercises. Such factors are the main basis for a good looking skin. However; not many can grasp the importance of green vegetables and water in keeping your skin hydrated and fighting the genetic factors that might cause dry or dark spots in the skin. There are some elements and nutrients existing in our food and can help curing the skin. Such elements are omega-3 and omega-6 fats, the variant vitamins which exist in vegetables and fruits, the antioxidants, and foods that fight wrinkling.

They are all very important for including many essential antioxidants and some also include important antioxidants that help increasing the body’s immunity and protects from cancer.

 Water: of course water isn’t food, it is much more than a source of life. Water is important for all living beings and it takes more than 70% of the earth’s surface/size for its huge importance that many unfortunately neglect. Polyphenols are known to keep the middle aged skin protected from wrinkles and sagging as they enhance the collagen level in the skin.











 Avocado: many studies proved that avocado a rich source for mega acidic fats which form more than 50% of the avocado fruit. It is also rich in vitamin B that helps softening the skin and cures blisters.
