Get Rid Of Skin Wrinkles and Premature Aging



In the early stages of life like the teenage or the early twenties the skin is stretched without any wrinkles. However with the course of time and because of certain factors of pollution around us wrinkles start appearing irrespective of age and usually starts at the front and around the eyes and the cheeks followed by the mouth and the neck and these are nothing but the signs of aging.


Wrinkles can be defined as the physiologic changes that occur on different parts of the skin and the skin loses its vitality and start lines and wrinkles to appear.

Causes of  Premature Aging :

Exposure to the direct sun for a long period of time


Non-balanced diet

Smoking

Constant physical fatigue constant


Passivity and psychological tensions causes wrinkles to appear which are commonly known as tension wrinkles, which is possible to turn from temporal wrinkles to lasting wrinkles .


Dear, so I advise you to take good care of your eating habits and eat nutritious food that help protect your skin against facial wrinkles, such as

Vitamin E, that works as an antidote to oxidation of cells, which is necessary for the youthness of the skin and it is available in some oils such as sunflower oil, corn oil, soybean oil, and there is also a good percentage of Vitamin E present in milk and barley.



Vitamin C is available in large quantities in citrus fruits such as oranges, tangerines, and guava also.


Vitamin B is available in watercress (rocket).



Proteins and carbohydrates are available in dry wheat and carbohydrates


Almond oil is treatment wrinkles around the eye

The angle of external eye is more vulnerable for appearance of wrinkles quite frequently than any other region of the face because of its continuous exposition for stretching in during the facial expressions, for example laughing.

The following recipe when used on a regular basis will help to soften the skin, making it more resistant to the appearance of wrinkles .

Ingredients: -

2 spoons of lanolin – 1 tablespoon almond oil


Preparation: -

Heat lanolin on low heat until it melts and then add to it almonds and blend well until they both are mixed and becomes a cohesive dough, such as cream and paint the area where you see wrinkles everyday and before going to sleep until you leave it above the skin for as long as possible.
