How to Improve Uneven Complexion & Sun Damage

Uneven skin complexion and sun damage can result from sun exposure, age, dehydration and hormones,
among other factors. This can result in skin that is dry in some areas and oily in others, enlarged pores, uneven coloring and a dull skin tone. There are a few ways to improve the condition of a complexion that is uneven and has sun damage.

Things You'll Need

Water

Lotion

Sunscreen

Cleanser

Skin scrub

Instructions

1
Drink lots of water and other liquids. Dehydration can cause skin to look dull and uneven because of reduced cell function. In addition, provide moisture to your skin by applying a hydrating lotion daily.

2
Use sunscreen daily with an SPF of at least 30. Check the sunscreen bottle to make sure that it provides protection against both UVA (ultraviolet) and UVB (ultraviolet light type B) rays. Make sure that all exposed skin is covered with sunscreen on a daily basis to prevent any further sun damage.

3
Clean skin daily with a gentle cleaner and exfoliate twice a week with a skin care product that is meant to remove dirt and debris from the skin surface. This will help return an even tone to the complexion and reduce breakouts.

4
Exercise at least 30 minutes most days of the week. This will increase blood flow and oxygen to the skin, making it look clear and healthy.

5
Consider treatments, such as microdermabrasion, laser skin resurfacing or chemical peels, that can be performed by a dermatologist to resurface the skin and restore a healthy, natural glow.

  1. I bet you can't guess which muscle in your body is the #1 muscle that gets rid of joint and back pains, anxiety and burns fat.

If this "hidden" super powerful primal muscle is healthy, we are healthy.
